Nada Shepherd
"The fall 2010 collection embraces the future of fashion, the future of fabric treatments and the future of fashion design so it was only natural to
step into the future of fashion marketing and create the first-ever women's wear 3D film. Pushing the boundaries and traditional convention of fashion
design is what we as designers do. For me this means taking the collection off the runway and launching it into a new medium so everyone can sit in the
VIP seat and see the collection as it is meant to be seen.
The video game backdrop just made sense when we considered the ideal environment for the future of fashion, after all it is the future of entertainment.
Strong, confident and unconventional women were my muse for fall 2010, and the video game Fembots represent the beauty and movement of real life women.
Women want to feel confident and beautiful when they get dressed to take on their day – our 3D short captures the essence of the NADA woman, and launches
the fashion future/future fashion. "
